30 FPS testings.by ~Cethic

Flash / Animations

This will be a submission I will update whenever I do more tests, this is the first time I've ever animated at 30 FPS and it was a little difficult but I like the flow and smoothness of it, makes the toon look a little more polished heh heh.

Anyways, expect more tests added on to this at any random time, recently got sick and had time to do this as I died so yeah, here be dis.

If you can't tell I added in some eye candy for the viewer, most madness toons I've seen dont do this but I added in a glow effect with the gunflash, added a character drop shadow and when my madness-sona's shades drop they flash red for a second, as I said, just some eye candy

oh, also, you dont have to do the design in the middle of the hoodie all advanced the way it is, just make a circle and put an eye in the middle of it, thats basically what it is xD
